S'mores Cookies

This is a quick and easy treat that does well at fundraisers, in gift baskets at holidays, and just as a special treat. The hardest part is not eating one while you’re making them.

What you’ll need:

Marshmallow cream
Graham crackers
Baker’s chocolate
Toppings – sprinkles, candy pieces, nuts, white baker’s chocolate, etc. Get creative!
Wax paper

How to get your cooking on:

Separate your graham crackers into squares (if your crackers come in the rectangle where there’s 4 pieces just break it in half) *I like to have all of mine separated before going to the next step to make things easier

Place a spoon of marshmallow cream on the center of one square and top with another square *it’s ok if the cream runs out a little

Melt your baker’s chocolate in the microwave in 20 second increments until melted

Take one of your graham cracker cookies and dunk half way into your melted chocolate

Place the cookie on the wax paper to let harden

While chocolate is still wet (shiny looking) sprinkle on the topping(s) of your choice
