Hamburger Rice Casserole

Don’t you just love easy recipes that can just be thrown together without much effort? I learned long ago to keep cooked hamburger meat in the freezer, keep leftover cooked white rice, and countless other time saving tricks. Between work, school events, game practice, music lessons, and martial arts classes, we’ve seen more than our fair share of busy nights. This is a quick and filling meal that my whole family loves.

What you’ll need:

2 pounds of hamburger meat, cooked (or thawed from frozen)
4 cups of white rice, cooked
1 can of nacho cheese sauce
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of whole kernel corn, drained
Salt & Pepper

How to get your cooking on:

Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan
Mix all ingredients together, adding salt & pepper as needed
Pour into prepared pan and spread out evenly
Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated through
