Pinch & Dash

Robert's Cheatin' Cheesecake (Contributed by: Robert W Nance)


6-ounce flavored Jell-O (gelatin cube block, pick your favorite flavor!)
12-ounce evaporated milk.
Graham cracker crumbs (for a crust)
2 Tbsp Sugar
¼ cup Melted butter or margarine

Cooking – Part One
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter (or margarine), and cinnamon until well-blended.
Press mixture into an 8 or 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7 minutes.
Cool for about 1 hour when finished cooking.
Once crust has cooled, start Part 2

Cooking – Part Two
Put evaporated milk and flavored Jell-O in a saucepan.
Slowly heat the milk on the lowest heat setting
Put a wooden spoon on the Jell-O and keep stirring slowly as the milk is heating (stir until the Jell-O has completely dissolved in the milk)
Pour the mixture inside the Graham Crust
Refrigerate for 2 hours, then serve and enjoy. (You can also add some fresh whipping or squirt cream, if you’d like)
